PURPOSE: Engages in promoting or creating good image for organizations by writing or selecting favorable publicity and marketing materials. Translates and/or prepares informational materials about services including articles, web site, email letters and blog. Promotes all GPL sponsored events to local support groups, physicians, organizations, therapists, etc.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Event Promotion and Communication Duties:·Researches local support groups, physicians, organizations, therapists, etc. for all GPL sponsored events and creates spreadsheet / database to enter in researched contacts.·Contacts local support groups, physicians, organizations, therapists, etc. for all GPL sponsored events (cold calls).
