| Details:Classification: TemporaryCompensation: Pay up to $12.00 per hourJob scope: 1) Prepare documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders to route materials.2) Generate purchase orders and match supplier invoices to the relevant supporting documents 3) Entering of customer's orders.4) Answering customer's queries makes up a large part of your role, keeping you in regular contact with them either over the phone or via email.5) Determine shipping method for materials and contact carrier representative to make arrangements and to issue instructions for shipping and delivery of materials.6) Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, and damages and discrepancies, for reporting, accounting, and recordkeeping purposes.7) Prepare items for shipment. Duties include; examine and compare with records, such as job travelers, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy of incoming or outgoing shipment8) Collate supporting documents for billing 9) Administrative support. Answering phone calls. Typing Filing Travel arrangements. Other miscellaneousRequirements: 1) Candidate must have good data entry skills with accuracy being the most important. 2) This is a fast paced, detail driven position. 3) Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage. 4) Knowledge of ACT contact management a plus. 5) Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
